How we help
Most engagements start with a fixed-scope diagnostic or a workshop. From there we lead the change, bring in AI where it fits, and stay on as advisors if you want us to. Julie Rosenthal leads the work personally, from the first conversation to the final readout.
Way in
Fixed scope. Each earns the right to a larger engagement.
Diagnostic
Business Clarity Diagnostic
An AI readiness assessment that starts with the business, for the whole company or one division. You get an end-to-end picture across people, process, data and technology, the top priorities, and a clear view on whether AI makes sense and where.
Workshop
Process & AI Workshops
Working sessions with your team that leave you with something to act on.
- A process map and pain-point list
- An improvement backlog, KPIs and a responsibility matrix
- Automation and AI opportunities
- An action plan
Delivery
Senior leadership for large change.
Program
Transformation & Program Management
Large change led through to delivery, as a fractional or interim leader. That includes transformation offices, change management, growth, sale or IPO readiness, post-merger integration, and changes too large for a self-serve tool such as Mirasent.
AI
Two sound ways in. Both start from a clear business.
One function
AI in One Function
Put the tools you already pay for to work in one team. We fix the process, switch on what you own, train people and measure the time saved.
Whole business
Company-wide AI Strategy & Roadmap
AI strategy, rollout order, governance and a business case for the whole company, built on the clear picture from the Diagnostic.
Ongoing
Advice and ideas that keep a program honest.
Advisory
Strategic Advisory Retainer
Monthly check-ins, decision support, roadmap updates and accountability. The retainer is advice. Hands-on delivery is scoped separately.
Speaking
Keynotes & Training
“You can’t automate chaos,” for leadership teams, offsites and company events.
Two sound ways into AI
Skip the whole-business view and you get shadow AI: a tool in every department, duplicated data and no governance. AI is the tool. Knowing the business is the work.
| AI in one function | Company-wide AI strategy | |
|---|---|---|
| When it fits | A team already owns a tool it underuses, such as Copilot or the AI features in a CRM or ERP, and its process is understood. | Leadership wants AI across the business. |
| What we do | Fix the process, switch on what you already pay for, train people and measure the time saved. | Get clear on people, process, data and technology across the whole company first. Then set the rollout order, governance and business case. |
| What you avoid | New shadow AI, and a slow start. | AI added section by section, with IT chaos as the result. |

Business Clarity Diagnostic, then Transformation & Program Management
Buyers, investors and auditors reward a business that runs on clear processes and numbers they can trust. We find what would be marked down, then lead the work to fix it.

Start a conversationQuestions leaders ask
Do you sell AI tools?
No. We don’t resell software. We use AI where it pays off, and we tell you plainly when it doesn’t yet.
How is this different from a large consulting firm?
You work with Julie directly, from the first conversation to the final readout. She has led programs from inside large organizations and from within a Big Four strategy practice, so she plans the work the way an operator would have to run it.
How are engagements priced?
Diagnostics and workshops have a fixed scope and fee. Transformation work is scoped to the program. Retainers are monthly. We agree the number in writing before work starts.
Where do you work?
Across Europe, Asia and the Americas, in English and German, on site and remotely.
We are a smaller company. Is this for us?
Sometimes. EJM Group leads with mid-sized and large organizations. If you are smaller, Mirasent is a self-serve way to see where you stand first, and EJM is there if the result calls for more.
Start with 30 minutes.
A conversation about where the friction is and what is driving the change. No cost, no obligation, and no slide deck.
